You’ve heard about Hell’s Kitchen, but what about Hell’s hackers?
Who or what has hacked your heart and/or head?
(A new report accuses Russia of hacking a White House computer network. What about your necktop computer [mind]? Has it been hacked? With a sophisticated hacker, you might not even know it!)
Hackers:
1) Breach your security system.
2) Gain access to your personal data
3) Monitor your behavior.
4) Take control of your operating system and use it against you.
Hell has its hackers that are:
1) Continually trying to overcome your resistance to their access.
2) Constantly attempting to steal your identity.
3) Ever trying to obtain greater ability to see into your thoughts, emotions, and moods.
4) Always seeking to gain unknown control of your head and heart.
So what kind of antivirus protection and security system do you have on your head and heart? Most people have none — zero! And then they wonder how they got so taken over by self-destructive obsessions, worries, compulsions, fears, addictions, desires, torments, etc.
Get protection!
* Disconnect from destructive networks.
* Deny access to dumbness and/or manipulation.
* Don’t watch or listen to decadence.
* Connect with carriers of contagious health, happiness, and hope.
* Continually download uplifting thoughts and emotions.
* Make the living, resurrected Christ your inner security system.
* Make spiritual warfare on selfishness and pride.
* Saturate yourself with the Bible.
My goodness. I’m laying here in bed and have some emotions creeping up. I was trying to find a picture to explain the heart versus head thing. I.e. Your head knows where it is going but needs to convince the heart. I found an image that said “Has hell hacked your heart or head?”… That was it! The slap that I needed. Exactly what I need to be asked and made me think for a quick second, put it in perspective and shut down the emotion that I know is just that, an emotion. I saw it said Steve Simms WordPress. So I done a Google search for the article, found it and read it… Wow!! It is exactly what I needed to read and hear and I love the way it has been approached. God used you to minister to me at exactly the right time. He knows that he created and inquisitive and researcher type person in me who will always go and find out things. As such, he lead me straight to this post which spoke straight to my heart. I knew it would be a Godly post just from the title. So thank you.
Hell has a permanent job to hack our minds and ignite the flesh ( emotions). The heart is not a trustworthy and reliable thing to follow in my opinion. If you follow your heart, bring your head with you. Which should have been renewed and transformed by Christ. Even so, the most important thing is to refer to the Holy Spirit because it will put the heart in check, jump in where the mind fails and actually lead the mind full stop.
Amazing! Keep up your work.
Thank you for sharing how God used my post in your life, Sonia. Take your heart back to God — run hell’s hackers out! You can do it!
