In our falsifying world there are many popular ideas that are deceptive, destructive, or depressive. Be careful what you take in!
“Someone once said that if you don’t control your perception, you’ll live the rest of your life at the mercy of others who will.” –Phil Cooke
I perceive that we should not allow ourselves to be shaped by the world’s way of seeing things. Instead we should seek to be transformed by God’s renewing of our minds.
Christ-followers should be humble, not hidden or silent! Don’t let the voice of the crowd shut down the Light that is burning within your heart. Jesus said that we should: “Shout it from the housetops.”
So, where can you learn to minister to other people without being afraid of rejection or failure? @ The Salvation Army Berry Street in Nashville, TN, 225 Berry St., 37207 on Sunday mornings @ 10:45! Rather than sitting for a sermon, we allow ordinary people to minister to one another in a safe & loving environment as they feel led by the Spirit. Come see!
Participatory church allows everyday people to proclaim and share so stones can stay silent . . .
–“Give praise to the LORD, proclaim his name.” –Psalm 105:1
–“Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Him, ‘Teacher, rebuke Your disciples.’ But Jesus answered, ‘I tell you, if these become silent, the stones will cry out!'” –Luke 19:40
–“Let the redeemed of the LORD tell their story.” –Psalm 107:2
What is the purpose of church? What if God didn’t design church meetings as a venue to entertain us and/or to make us comfortable; but as a support group to help us get over our issues, to align our will with His, and to train us to minister to one another?

When we meet as Christ-followers, Jesus is in the room with us. (See Matthew 18:20.) Perhaps we should let Him be our leader!
