Race is made up — it’s fictional

Skin color’s real, race is made up. Although our skin color varies, our race is human. None of us should ever be marginalized because of skin color!

Diversity of color isn’t a threat to flowers. It’s beautification. People could learn from flowers. To look down on any human skin color is to insult the marvelous work of the Creator.

The term “color-blind” isn’t an expression of equality. It’s a way of excusing blindness to inequality.

Personality is much more definitive than color. If we classify people as either introverts or extroverts, we get all colors of people.

Racism is to mistreat or ignore people because of their skin color. The more racism is renounced and the more its history is exposed, the more it loses it’s power. (Search: Off the RACE Track book.)

When you see the risen Jesus clearly living in someone, human differences fade into insignificance. Then skin color has no meaning.

About Steve Simms

I like to look and think outside the box. In college I encountered Jesus Christ and I have been passionate about trying to get to know Him better ever since. My wife and I long to see the power and passion of the first Christ-followers come to life in our time. I have written a book about our experiences in non-traditional church, called, "Beyond Church: An Invitation To Experience The Lost Word Of The Bible--Ekklesia." If you need encouragement, search for: Elephants Encouraging The Room and/or check out my Amazon author page. Thank you!
