The Best Kind Of Sex

Our society ignores the very best kind of sex.  You almost never hear about it.  TV and movies nowadays picture almost every kind of sex but this.  I wonder why?

Instead our sex-crazed culture focuses on and promotes casual sex — meaningless, shallow, manipulative, self-focused, loveless, disrespectful, compulsive, mechanical sex. The popularly promoted types of sex are so boring that people frequently feel compelled to add additional ingredients in an attempt to make their sex exciting — alcohol, pornography, gadgets, vulgar language, perverted behaviors, physical pain, additional “partners”, drugs, and on and on. But hey, no matter how you cut, polish, and set a fake diamond — it is still fake!

Do you want some really great sex? Experience the real thing — heart-felt, committed, honorable, self-giving, husband & wife, loyal, emotionally uniting, spiritually bonding, morally pure, faithful sex.

Why settle for the humiliation, shame, guilt, risk of deadly disease, and emotional pain of cheapo sex, when there is a diamond out there somewhere waiting for you to find it?

Here’ a secret that American society doesn’t know.  It is something so hush-hush that it is almost never shown or even hinted on television:  Sex in a faithful, committed, “till death do us part” marriage is the very best kind of sex!

About Steve Simms

I like to look and think outside the box. In college I encountered Jesus Christ and I have been passionate about trying to get to know Him better ever since. My wife and I long to see the power and passion of the first Christ-followers come to life in our time. I have written a book about our experiences in non-traditional church, called, "Beyond Church: An Invitation To Experience The Lost Word Of The Bible--Ekklesia." If you need encouragement, search for: Elephants Encouraging The Room and/or check out my Amazon author page. Thank you!
