A definition:

Background checks — a way of judging who is too irresponsible, too immoral, or too insane to legally buy a gun.

    If i watch same news u watch, it AINT CRIMINALS who get guns. Most r FIRST timers

    then, either way, what do they get? oh … the psych eval and counseling prove me “insane”… i’ll walk away and do it again sometime
