Have we silenced God’s lambs with a gag rule for church?  Perhaps.

I believe that many people have powerful messages from God burning in their heart, but they are too intimidated to share them because:

1) They are never given the opportunity to preach or teach..
2) They have been taught that they are unqualified because the only people they ever see preach are professional preachers.
3) They have been taught that it would be rebellious and/or presumtuous for them to preach or teach in a church.

Therefore many people with mighty words from God remain quiet and their message dies with them.  But not everywhere!
