From The Ice Bucket Challenge to The Salvation Army Flag-Prayer-Walk Challenge

The Ice Bucket Challenge, sometimes called the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, is everywhere, raising amazing awareness and tons of money for ALS.  Perhaps it is time for another challenge. #icebucketchallenge

Introducing The Flag-Prayer-Walk Challenge.  We challenge you to go for a prayer walk on public streets carrying The Salvation Army Flag (or another Christian flag) and post pictures and/or videos on social media or make a donation to The Salvation Army.  Use the hash tag #flagprayerwalkchallenge.

The Salvation Army Flag colors:  red represents the blood of Jesus; yellow, the fire of the Holy Spirit, and blue stands for a lifestyle of daily following and obeying the living, resurrected Jesus Christ.
