Religion/Grace/Church Without Laymen

Religion asks: “What’s the least I can do and still go to Heaven?”
—Recipients of grace ask: “What’s the most I can do to love, honor, serve, and obey the One who died on the Cross to save me from my sins?”

Since the total wisdom of a gathered church is greater than the wisdom of any one man; perhaps we should listen to all those who are prompted by the Spirit to speak.

Is “laymen” a label of inequality? (“You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” –1 Peter 2:9)
