Good News 4 Bad Eggs!

Here’s some real Good News for bad eggs!

steve's bad eggs

Easter’s living Christ hunts for and saves bad eggs. He’s looking 4 U.

Easter’s living Christ can crack your shell and turn your heart sunny side up.

Easter Week
Dead Jesus walking
And still alive & active
In the 21st Century,
Demands your obedience;
Your will; your passion;
Your very life;
Your all!

Easter Week Message 2 U:
If there’s a real resurrection;
Then, let’s start an insurrection
Overthrowing self, pride, ego,
And all the evil within us;
And passionately obeying,
The living, resurrected Jesus!
If not, then let’s quit
The Christian religion
And waste away
In meaninglessness.

Easter thought:
–A living, resurrected Jesus can personally lead and direct a 21st Century church service by Himself!
–A dead Jesus can’t . . .

Come see the living Jesus in action every Sunday morning at The Salvation Army Berry Street where instead of a 1-man sermon, the living Jesus directs the action by prompting everyday people to show and tell what God has done — 225 Berry St., Nashville, TN 37207.

About Steve Simms

I like to look and think outside the box. In college I encountered Jesus Christ and I have been passionate about trying to get to know Him better ever since. My wife and I long to see the power and passion of the first Christ-followers come to life in our time. I have written a book about our experiences in non-traditional church, called, "Beyond Church: An Invitation To Experience The Lost Word Of The Bible--Ekklesia." If you need encouragement, search for: Elephants Encouraging The Room and/or check out my Amazon author page. Thank you!
