Here’s a powerful time management technique — 3N1: Do 3 productive things at the same time. That way you can triple you’re effectiveness. Here’s an example:
Would you like to exercise, pray, and witness to others — all at the same time? Well you can. Here’s how. Prayer walk with The Salvation Army Flag.
1) You get great exercise as you carry the flag and walk. I usually go two or more miles. (It even works out your arms.)
2) It also creates wonderful prayer time as you see first hand the needs in your community and as the Holy Spirit guides you how to pray for them. Some of my best prayer time is while on the streets with the “Blood & Fire” Flag.
3) Flag prayer walking is an easy way to witness to others. If you are on a busy street 100s of people will see the flag. Sometimes they will wave, honk, or even stop and ask: “What’s that flag for?” That’s an open invitation to tell them about the blood of Jesus and the fire of the Holy Spirit. I’ve found that if you ask, most of the people you talk to on the street will even let you pray with them on the spot. It’s incredible!
So save some time today. Take up The Salvation Army Flag (or other Christian flag) and walk. Exercise, pray, and witness.
