By continually surrendering to a sculpture’s hands and sitting for a gazillion pics, Wallace and Gromit seem to come alive through the power of claymation.
–By continually surrendering to the hands of the living Jesus and obeying His inner promptings, His followers come alive through the power of Christmation. Are you animated by the living, resurrected Jesus?
Here’s a quote from Catherine Booth, co-founder of The Salvation Army, about Christmation: “Never drop out of living union with Jesus. Keep in it–hold it fast–walk in it!”
A good place to learn Christmation is in a simple/organic church meeting. A simple/organic church meeting is when people gather together:
1) To interact with the living, resurrected Jesus Christ;
2) To be prompted by His Presence; and
3) To minister to one another.
However, it takes great courage to learn and to live by Christmation. Our culture is strongly against it. We live in a society where people are applauded for talking openly about their sexuality; but highly criticized if they dare to talk openly about their love for Jesus Christ.
“Because Jesus lives forever, He has a permanent priesthood. Therefore, He is able to save completely those who come to God through Him, because He always lives to intercede for them.” –Hebrews 7:24-25
–He’s the living, resurrected Jesus Christ — active, present, and working powerful in the 21st Century! Will you allow Him to live in you and to animate your life through Christmation?
