I love to express what I feel called to say. Writing helps me to open up my heart and do that. I hope that what I write helps you in some way. I hope it makes you think, encourages you, or inspires you. If it challenges you or if you disagree, I hope you know that I respect your right to have a different point of view.
On a dark night Shepherds quake At the sight Of the newborn King, Jesus Christ, The Lamb of God, Love’s pure light. The Savior’s face, Is gloriously bright And full of grace! Their hearts take flight And soar like a kite. The shepherds, Like the angels did, Break the silence Of the night As they leave the site With great delight To run and tell And shout from the housetops What they have seen and heard. The song Silent Night Isn’t a lullaby. It’s a wakeup call!

I like to look and think outside the box. In college I encountered Jesus Christ and I have been passionate about trying to get to know Him better ever since. My wife and I long to see the power and passion of the first Christ-followers come to life in our time. I have written a book about our experiences in non-traditional church, called, "Beyond Church: An Invitation To Experience The Lost Word Of The Bible--Ekklesia." If you need encouragement, search for: Elephants Encouraging The Room and/or check out my Amazon author page. Thank you!
