In the middle of last night, I woke up with the thought that surrendering to God is like connecting to the internet. If there isn’t a way to connect, no matter how hard you try you can’t truly experience God. This morning I’ve been trying over and over again and my computer (and even my phone) won’t connect. I need a way to connect.

Jesus said: “I am the way.” Human effort, religion, and self-righteousness can never connect you with God. Jesus is the difference between merely mentally knowing about God and personally experiencing, interacting with, and relying on God daily.

Through His sacrificial death on the Cross, Christ’s blood opened direct, ongoing access to an intimate relationship with God the Father. Jesus rose not only to sit at the right hand of the Father, but also to return in the person of the Holy Spirit and to live and reign as “Christ in you, the hope of glory.”

Let Jesus get you online with God and empower you to stream His presence, power, and love day and night. Allow God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit to live in, flow through, and lead you in all you think, say, and do. Surrender your all in all to God. Begin to enjoy direct access to and personal revelation from God, paid for by the blood of Jesus.
