Life Switching With The Most Famous Person Ever

Daily writing prompt
If you could switch lives with a famous person for a week, who would it be and why?

There is a way to switch lives with the most famous person ever. Many people have done that. Now they no longer live by their own opinions, feelings, and desires. Instead, they have been crucified with Christ, nevertheless, they live, yet not them, but Christ lives in them.

That’s how in Galatians 2:20 in the Bible, Paul describes his live switch. He explains how he has switched lives by doing what Jesus said–denying himself, taking up his cross daily, and obeying Jesus instead of his own opinions, feelings, and desires. Read Luke 9:23.

Paul experienced the life-switch of true Christianity. Have you?

The most important thing a genuine Christian can do is to stay aware of, surrendered to, and obedient to the presence of Christ living in and through you. (Colossians 1:27) “Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourself. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you–unless, of course, you fail the test? (2 Corinthians 13:5)

Christ’s presence in a human heart and life is not a secret. If Jesus is living in you, you will know that He is. If you are not certain that you’ve switched lives with Christ, you probably haven’t. That kind of switch is almost impossible not to notice. Examine yourself.

A life-switch with Jesus is life’s most powerful transformation. Don’t miss out on it. Open your heart to Christ. Humbly and sincerely ask Him to awe you with His presence and power. When He demonstrants His reality to you, fully surrender your all to Him both now and forever. Then begin to focus day and night on Christ living in and through you.

If you will do that, you will never be the same. Seek that life-switch will all your heart and when it happens, never ignore Christ in you, the hope of glory! (Colossians 1:27)
