–Get out your GPS (God’s Positioning System)–
Enter that you are looking for a church where:
* People are more important than programs;
* Encouragement is more important than entertainment
* Love is more important than liturgy:
* Faith is more important than fund raising:
* Participation is more important than passivity;
* Jesus Christ is more important than concepts and theology:
If you enter 225 Berry Street, Nashville, TN, 37207, your GPS will lead you to Nashville’s most unique church — The Salvation Army Berry Street Worship Center — which meets on Sunday mornings at 10:45.
Our meetings are more like a support group than a lecture series. People show and tell what God has done in their lives creating a contagion of excitement about Jesus. This type of church is called by several names: simple church, house church, organic church. However words can’t describe it very well. Come and experience this for yourself. It is always amazing!
