Should We Have The Courage To Let The Holy Spirit Flow?

You won’t grow, if you don’t let the Spirit flow;
You won’t know, if you don’t let the Spirit show;
Eye can’t see; ear can’t hear;
Unless the Spirit makes Christ appear
And flood your heart with rushing rivers.
We’re told the key to the Gospel is just to hear it;
But we’re stuck in religion without the free-flowing Spirit.

The moving of God’s Spirit — there’s no need to fear it. He who has ears to hear the Spirit’s voice; let him hear it.

The Blood & Fire Flag of The Salvation Army represents the Blood of Jesus and the Fire of the Holy Spirit. Today our world needs for believers to allow the Holy Spirit to apply the Blood to our hearts and lives, and to fill us with His overflowing and controlling power!

About Steve Simms

I like to look and think outside the box. In college I encountered Jesus Christ and I have been passionate about trying to get to know Him better ever since. My wife and I long to see the power and passion of the first Christ-followers come to life in our time. I have written a book about our experiences in non-traditional church, called, "Beyond Church: An Invitation To Experience The Lost Word Of The Bible--Ekklesia." If you need encouragement, search for: Elephants Encouraging The Room and/or check out my Amazon author page. Thank you!

    YES AND AMEN! MILTON S.A. DOES, BUT IT IS UP TO INDIVIDUALS TO RESPOND! HE ALWAYS FLOWS, IN MY OPINION, BUT PEOPLE, EVEN CHRISTIANS CAN “RESIST”
